About Masterpiece Chocolates
Masterpiece Chocolates is a local, family-owned, gourmet chocolate shop. Their goal is to provide an enriching, savory experience. They create delicious, hand-crafted truffle chocolates using fresh locally sourced ingredients. All of their chocolates are nut-free, gluten-free, and egg-free. They are professionally-trained chocolatiers, and make all of their chocolates on-site.
Masterpiece Chocolates are perfect for parties, desserts, weddings, and business gifts. You may purchase their chocolates in assorted boxed sizes at their Lakeville, Minn. storefront, online store, and in the MN Alumni Market (coming soon).

About Linda Lokkesmoe
Linda received a bachelor's degree in Mathematics from St. Olaf College and Master of Science degree in Statistics from the University of Minnesota. She worked for several years modeling computer capacity as a data scientist at Thomson Reuters before moving into Software Development and then into Project/Program Management. As a Program Manager, she managed $1MM - $2MM projects, including project that spanned multiple global teams and cloud migrations.
Recently, Linda is working for phData, a fast growing data analytics consulting firm, where she manages Fortune 500 customer-facing projects that assist these customers to solve data analytics, machine learning to make better business decisions.
Linda has always had a passion for flavor profiles and gourmet cooking. She loves to visit gourmet restaurants across the country and across the world, identify flavor profiles in dishes and recreate them at home for friends and family. She has taken this skill into making chocolates. In 2021, she and her husband Dale, took professional chocolatier training. They found that they excel at making beautiful and flavorful truffle chocolates and decided to open Masterpiece Chocolates. They opened a commercial kitchen and storefront in Lakeville, MN. They also sell their high-end chocolates on their online store.
