About Susan
Sue Weinberg is founder and CEO of Carlson Weinberg and Associates, a real estate consulting firm helping clients solve diversified problems encountered in the broad field of real estate. In late 2017, she concluded a long career as the University of Minnesota's Director of Real Estate, and began teaching Urban Real Estate Development at the University in 2019. She holds the CRE designation by the Counselors of Real Estate, and was named a Top Woman in Finance in 2018 by Finance and Commerce, and Corporate Real Estate Executive of the Year in 2017 by CoreNet Global's Midwest Chapter. Sue holds a BA degree in mathematics from the University of South Dakota and an MBA degree from the University of Minnesota. Sue is a life member of the UMAA and a current member the UMAA Housing Task Force.
