Thomasina’s Cashew Brittle is based in Minneapolis, MN and is a family-owned business started by sisters, Thomasina and Leslie. A MN State Fair favorite for over a decade. Recognized as one of the “Best New Foods” at the Fair, earning 4/4 stars by the Star Tribune!

The company’s mission is to simply make the best brittle, the way their grandparents did with simple, all-natural, quality ingredients, patience and love. That’s why each batch of light buttery, melt-in-your-mouth brittle, is always all-natural, preservative free and naturally wheat-free!
