Each one-of-a-kind beautiful necklace is created using recycled magazine pages. Trash to treasure, these can be worn long or wrapped twice around your neck for layered look. Great necklaces with a great story. These are made by women in Uganda who support their communities.
About the process: Strips of magazines are cut into long strips, rolled around a needle, dipped in glue, hung to dry, and then strung together to make your necklace.
Length: Approx. 32" long
Note: Because each necklace is beaded by hand, the color and size of the beads may vary slightly from what is shown in the photograph
