About Gina
Founder of Vivid Joy HR, Gina Lemon brings over two decades of experience transforming the workplace into a space where people, and businesses, thrive. As a strategic HR consultant, leadership coach, and passionate advocate for inclusive workplace culture, Gina has supported organizations ranging from Fortune 500s like Target and Ameriprise Financial to nonprofits like Volunteers of America and entrepreneurial companies growing their first teams.
The inspiration behind Vivid Joy HR began with a simple, messy moment. A few years ago, Gina and her children hosted a painting party. The moment was filled with color, laughter, and chaos. It was vivid joy. That moment stuck. It reminded her that magic doesn't come from perfection, it comes from leaning into the mess, and finding joy in the middle of it. That’s the heart of Vivid Joy HR.
Gina founded the company to support clarity, confidence, and capacity building. She helps leaders move beyond fear-based management toward energizing, people practices that empower individuals and elevate organizations. With deep expertise in compliance, leadership development, and culture-building, Gina meets each client where they are, and helps them navigate the messy middle toward something vibrant, sustainable, and real.

Gina lives in Bloomington, Minnesota with her two children, where she serves as a cycling advocate, speaker, and supporter of causes related to HIV/AIDS, youth, and leadership development. Vivid Joy HR is the culmination of her passion for transformation, her belief in human potential, and her commitment to building workplaces that are as joyful as they are effective.
