At J's Kombucha we're Raising Culture Together by artfully cultivating kombucha, community, and sustainability in Saint Paul, Minnesota. J’s Kombucha is dedicated to crafting approachable, refreshing, mellow, non-alcoholic kombucha. Our team cultivates award-winning flavors brewed in unique kombucha specific fermenters and flavored with fresh, cold-pressed juice from organic fruits and herbs. J’s provides local kombucha to Minneapolis, Saint Paul, and greater Minnesota while engaging in partnerships, collaborations, and community support whenever possible. Our sustainability efforts range from our eco-friendly packaging materials to the repurposing of our organic waste into dog treats and natural compost.

About Jason
In 2013, Jason was searching for a way to alleviate his oldest son’s severe allergies. Having learned of the allergy-immune system connection, Jason had reason to believe strengthening his son's gut health would improve his immune system, and this in turn would hopefully lead to less severe allergic reactions. Since he was allergic to dairy and other common foods that naturally contain probiotics, Jason needed to find an alternative source that a picky four-year-old would also enjoy – the answer was kombucha!
