Kim's work is about partnering with women who are hungry for change in their lives, feeling stuck but have the desire to invest in themselves, explore what they need and want that will align with their values, passions, and a sense of purpose.

About Kim Keprios
Kim’s many adventures and juggling acts personally and professionally have provided a depth and breadth of experience and knowledge that was of great value when she launched her encore career in 2019 as a Women’s Leadership, Life & Wellbeing Coach & Group/Retreat Facilitator. Kim brings thoughtful, intentional themes and creative approaches to those she works with and supports, including Life & Career Transitions, Leadership, Nonprofit Board Governance, Self-Care and Values Alignment.
Kim served for 32 years as CEO for The Arc Greater Twin Cities and its social enterprise, Arc’s Value Village Thrift Stores, a nonprofit disability advocacy organization. She attempted semi-retirement briefly, but when asked to serve as the Interim Executive Director for Wilderness Inquiry, a nonprofit that connects people of all ages, backgrounds, and abilities to nature and one another, she couldn't resist, serving in this transitional role for two years.
Her leadership and career achievements have been recognized with the University of MN Distinguished Alumni Award, Minneapolis/St. Paul Business Journal 50 Women in Business Award, The Arc National Executive Excellence Award, The Arc National Governmental Affairs Public Policy Fellowship. Kim has a B.S. in Therapeutic Recreation from the College of Education at the U of MN, an MA in Training and Development from St. Thomas University and Certification as a Life Coach Practitioner and Organizational Wellbeing from Learning Journeys International Center of Coaching. She lives in Minneapolis with her spouse and son, and is a native Minnesotan who loves every season, especially fall and winter—bring on the snow!
