Diane is a firm believer that identifying a trusted Executive Assistant or Chief of Staff requires an experienced recruiter who understands the role, and more importantly, the specifics of your style and culture. Diane understands social responsibility and the importance of giving back to the community. A portion of annual profits is donated to local charities in the St. Paul/Minneapolis area.

Diane is a dedicated Alumna serving in several capacities including CCAPs Mentor, CCAPS Professional Development Advisory Board, and the Minnesota Alumni Association Service Award Committee.

She is working with her Papillion puppy to master agility, and hopes to compete someday through AKC.
