About Erika
Erika Wood is a 2nd generation Gopher athlete (swimming & diving) and 3rd generation wealth advisor to families, as well as a strategic leader on Balefire’s executive team. For nearly two decades, Erika has been passionate about reducing complexity for clients, crafting thoughtful plans, and delivering reliable advice so they can worry less, live more, and focus on what matters most.
Based in Maple Grove, Minnesota, Erika enjoys swimming, cooking, reading, and crocheting. She loves exploring the North Shore with her husband Zach (also a former Gopher swimmer) and their three kids.
