About Conflict Dynamic Coaching
I work one-on-one with individuals to become more confident and effective in their management of workplace conflict. Leaders who practice constructive conflict management are not only considered to be more effective in general, but they’re also rated by their bosses as better candidates for promotion. At the same time, most leaders generally avoid conflict because not only can it be emotionally draining, but also, they’re not particularly skilled at managing it. As a consequence, leaders often miss out on opportunities presented by conflict and instead experience only its downsides.

Conflict Coaching is an excellent resource to increase self-awareness and improve conflict management skills. It focuses specifically on conflict behaviors and hot buttons that trigger individuals. I also use these skills in my real estate transaction practice representing clients in residential purchases/sales.
