About Ben
Ben has specialized in advising organizations on their real estate strategies for the last 12+ years. Ben spent seven years with Cushman & Wakefield advising both domestic and international firms on their real estate portfolios prior to co-founding Monarch Commercial Real Estate in 2020. 

As a Partner, Ben continues to help clients execute upon their real estate strategy while also overseeing the ongoing strategy & decision-making of the firm.

Ben is surrounded by University of Minnesota alum in many aspects of his life - his wife Shelby, his business partner Brian, his sister-in-law Mary, to many of his closest friends to this day.
