About Carol 
Carol is a seasoned leader in the dental profession and the current CEO of Optimum Leadership Academy. With over 30 years of experience as a clinical dental hygienist, Carol has built a diverse career that spans clinical practice, education, and executive management. Her extensive background includes roles as a business and clinical dental practice management consultant, an associate professor at the School of Dentistry, and the Director of Operations in corporate dentistry.

As an ICF-certified professional leadership and life coach, Carol leverages her expertise in leadership, communication, and strategic thinking to drive excellence and innovation within the dental community and beyond.  Her entrepreneurial spirit and commitment to service are further exemplified through her role as the Clinical Director for Special Olympics Special Smiles, where she dedicates her efforts to improving oral health for individuals with intellectual differences.

At Optimum Leadership Academy, Carol is committed to empowering professionals and teams by fostering a culture of continuous improvement and excellence in serving others.
