Derek Kiewatt has been performing unique and memorable ceremonies for more than 50 years. Even with all those years behind him, he is still excited about officiating such an important moment in the lives of his clients. Minnesota Reverend also offers premarital education that qualifies couples for a reduced fee on their marriage license.

About Rev. Derek Kiewatt
Rev. Derek Kiewatt is a graduate of the University of Minnesota. He was president of the CLA Student Board and winner of the Allan T.H. Bluhm Award for outstanding student in the college. He returned to UMN as a teacher and administrator after receiving his graduate degree from Harvard University. He is an ordained Unitarian Universalist (UU) minister and has performed hundreds of weddings and provided premarital education (counseling) for couples.

Rev. Derek was an amazing officiant. My husband and I talked to a few different officiants before we chose Derek to be the officiant for our August wedding and pre-marital education and coaching.
