Located in Zion, IL, Abrasive Brush Corporation (ABC) is an industry leader, manufacturing high performance abrasive brushes entirely in the USA. Brushes are used to remove paint, rust, & debur in manufacturing applications, and in the auto repair business brushes are used in autobody repair as well as mechanical repair. 

ABC invests substantially during the product development process. Product testing and verification during the R & D process enables the delivery of solutions that enhance operational performance and that perform safely.

About Jeffrey
Jeff Thiel is an alumnus of the University of Minnesota, undergrad is mechanical engineering with an emphasis on manufacturing and also an MBA from the Carlson School. A UMAA Life Member, he loves everything associated with the University of Minnesota .... especially tailgating at the football games in Lot 37.

After completing his undergrad in mechanical engineering Jeff went on to be employed at a St. Paul area Fortune 500 company. It did not take long for him to realize that a large corporation was not where he wanted to be. He resigned and started his first business, Scientific Plastics Corporation (SPC), which he sold in 2015. After the non-compete associated with the sale was over, he started to pursue his next dream and Abrasive Brush Corporation (ABC) was started.

Since leaving the world of large corporations he has spent more than 25 years as an entrepreneur, innovator, inventor and manufacturer of injection molded abrasive products.
