About Jeffrey
Jeffrey Weiss is the owner of Judy’s Table, a premium snack company built around the quiet magic of simple ingredients and the joy of gathering. His journey to Judy’s reflects both a deep respect for well-made food and a belief that some of life’s best moments happen around a shared table.

Jeffrey began his career education and transitioned to finance and strategy after getting his MBA at the U of M. Over time, he found himself increasingly drawn to the food world — not just as an industry, but as a daily ritual that connects people. Like many people who have ever made a loaf of sourdough (for Jeffrey, like so many others, this was during the early weeks of COVID), he became fascinated by the alchemy of flour, water, oil, and salt: how humble ingredients, handled with care, can become something far greater than the sum of their parts. 

That same sense of alchemy exists in human gatherings. A handful of people, good conversation, something simple to share — and suddenly an ordinary evening becomes memorable. When Jeffrey encountered Judy’s, he saw a brand that lived at the center of those two transformations. Twigs are designed for everyday snacking, yet they naturally find their way onto cheese boards, dinner tables, and celebratory spreads. They are as comfortable in a lunchbox as they are at a thoughtfully set table.

Owning Judy’s is Jeffrey’s way of honoring both craft and connection. He is committed to stewarding the brand with care — focusing on thoughtful sourcing, disciplined production, and products that people genuinely love. For him, Judy’s is not just about breadsticks. It is about creating small, reliable moments of delight and helping bring people together, one gathering at a time.
