We are multilingual, highly knowledgeable, and experienced in working with diverse populations.
SOCIOS' strategic framework is cross-cultural reaching and serving BIPOC/New Americans. We see and act through a diversity-equity-inclusivity lens, ensuring the participation of traditionally under-engaged and underserved community members in civic processes and programs that affect their quality of life. We have a long history of leading high-profile mainstream and multicultural community engagement and consumer education projects, using practical methods and managing multidisciplinary teams.
About Mario
Mario Vargas is the national managing partner of Socios Consulting Inc. based in the Twin Cities metro area in Minnesota. He brings over twenty years of public affairs experience in cross-cultural communications and community engagement.
He leads the agency's business growth efforts, ensuring the leadership role it plays in helping to craft long-term social and economic change in Minnesota and across the United States.
Mario resides in the Twin Cities. He enjoys spending time with his daughter Marina and their two beloved Standard Poodles, Winston and Dobby.
