Proud of her commitment and passion for helping organizations thrive so their employees can live their best lives, Mary Kay Delvo, ACC, LSW, MLS founded INspiring SIGHT in 2016 with the vision of eliminating status quo thinking.
Mary Kay believes the client always has the solution, and knows from experience that mindset is the most common barrier to finding solutions. Mary Kay uses humor, vulnerability, and a little dose of reality to help leaders and organizations get out from under the status quo. Mary Kay also knows the most common barriers to finding the best solutions lie in the individual and organizational mindsets, perspectives, and stories we tell ourselves—often making us hostages of our own thinking.

About Mary Kay
Mary Kay's deep experience as an organizational coach and consultant is based on 25-years of working in and with multiple sectors & large public systems. She has been on the front lines as well as in the boardroom and understands that CEOs think differently than employees. It is from these direct experiences that she is able to relate to and draw out information from a broad spectrum of people.
In addition to her multi-sector and interdisciplinary experience, she has her Associate Coaching Certification from the International Coaching Federation, is a trained ToP Facilitator, a Certified Enneagram Coach & Enneagram Leadership Trainer, all of which, help her clients try on new perspectives for solving challenges in a rapidly changing world.. “Organizations with the desire to evolve, grow & take risks, view Mary Kay as an asset”
