About Tasha
Hart Holistic Strategies, LLC is owned and operated by Tasha S. Hart-Mrema, Ph.D. As an Industrial-Organizational Psychology and Human Resource Development practitioner, Dr. Hart-Mrema created Hart Holistic Strategies to help others start their businesses, streamline the services offered by existing businesses, and strengthen professional development initiatives.

Dr. Hart-Mrema serves as the principal consultant to those seeking expertise and customized professional development services. As a scholar, she has a long history of conducting research on corporate social responsibility (CSR), digital business functions, organizational culture, and other topics concerned with business ethics in the digital age. As a practitioner, Dr. Hart-Mrema focuses on personnel selection, compliance, organizational growth, and entrepreneurial development. Many of her clients are entrepreneurs who are eager to start their own businesses. When consulting as part of an HR function, Tasha is hands-on with the hiring process, developing onboarding documents, establishing company policies, and evaluating business outcomes. When taking on more complex roles as an I-O psychology practitioner, she prefers a holistic approach to meeting client needs. This often entails reviewing a client’s budget or financial documents, evaluating current operations, conducting needs analyses, statistical assessments, and temporarily overseeing business operations until clients reach a point of self-organizing sustainability.
