I measured with a tape measure these are not returnable and they are lying about the size. It is a FULL 2 sizes smaller. No response from store so I’m filing with credit card company - store is lying in sale information

We also offered you an exchange (in store), even though the items are final sale clearance items, as noted in the product description.

This style is very flattering but does run smaller and more fitted. I’d size up! Very good quality! I love the loved lining and rolling the cuffs to show it off.

I wear mine for candidate day visits and almost always get compliments on it by faculty and staff. It's a great way to put a little extra spirit of the U into the visit without being over the top. Roll the cuff for a sneak peak at the University M and gold or leave it unrolled for a solid maroon color. This does run small. I typically wear a small/medium but had to take a large for a proper fit. If you are on the fence on a medium I recommend the large. It's a very fitted style.

I love my jacket. It's exactly what I have been looking for - U of M spirit, but not too loud. Rolling the cuffs up on the sleeve add a nice additional touch to pulling the inside pattern to the outside. These are women's cut, so make sure to read the size chart before ordering. I receive tons of compliments every time I wear it!!!
